Architectural walkthrough services in Devon
Our bespoke 3D animated architectural walkthrough video service is now based in Devon. These videos offer a much clearer understanding of a building than just plans or still images. This helps eliminate the buyers’ speculative fears of buying before seeing the finished development.
Flythrough and walkthrough videos can also help the developers and architects identify possible design problems before the start of construction.

Our Devon based 3d animation studio
Having worked all over the UK in a range of creative industries we eventually decided to come back home to the South West. We now have an office near Bideford in North Devon.
Our architectural experience comes from working in several Bristol based architects offices as well as attending the Hull School of Architecture. In addition a teaching post at a Cardiff based media training agency took us to South Wales for a time.
South Devon residential development flythrough
Although it is now easier for site visits and meetings in the South West of England we also cover the rest of the country. For example our latest side project has been for a German car manufacturer via a London Ad Agency.
Our studio has produced CGI visualisations for several multi-million pound architectural developments. These include this South Devon 2 unit residential development in Maidencombe near Torquay.
North Devon holiday cottages 3d scanned for CGI
A development of holiday cottages near Horns Cross in North Devon was a project to test drone data collection. We then converted the data into the 3d CAD model shown opposite. In 2018 this technology was in it’s infancy and we had several attempts to figure out the best results. This project was a proof of concept to show what was possible with 3d capture when done correctly. On a previous occasion a client had supplied us with drone video footage which was unusable for adding CGI buildings.
Hollywood CGI effects come to the Devon coast
The Devon coastal town of Westward Ho! was another location for an aerial 3d scan. The flythrough CGI video we produced shows a proposed ‘Hollywood’ style sign near the headland. Read more about The Westward Ho! CGI project here.
North Devon's most famous village documentary video created
The village of Clovelly is one of North Devon’s most famous tourist destinations. We were asked to produced a series of 6 documentary videos to communicate the history, current affairs and future of Clovelly, it’s Methodist Chapel and Methodism. Tens of thousands of visitors have watched these videos and given generous donations towards the upkeep of the building. We used a combination of photographs, motion graphics, video, animation and voice-overs to create these videos.
