    Your contact details are only used in connection with completing the job you have booked and for our tax records. No details are sold on or used for any marketing purposes. Digital copies of the work we carry out for our customers are stored off-line in our office, off-line at a second secure location and online via Adobe Cloud Storage.

    What rights you have over your data

    If you have booked a job with us, you can request to receive the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. We are required by UK law to keep a record of work undertaken for 6 years.

    Our web hosting server is password protected. Our work computers are shielded from the internet by an encrypted Virtual Private Network. Physical access to our office is secure.

    What data breach procedures we have in place

    Our web host and Cloud Storage provider contact us if their servers were breached. Our office is secure. Customers would be informed if there was loss of their data.
